„What is the minimum quantity of textiles ordered?“
Minimum order quantity for screen printing is 50pcs.
„How long does it take to process an order?“
Production takes 2-3 weeks depending on the color scheme and the number of pieces.
„What are the print data requirements?“
For quality printing we need data in one of the following formats: PDF, AI, CDR, EPS, PSD, TIFF
bitmap data ideally 1: 1 at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi
the text must be converted into curves
Gradients must be on a white background or in layers
files must not be locked or password protected
„How big can be the motif?“

„How do I know the availability of goods?“

„What types of colors do you use?“
We are able to print several types of colors. Check out in the Services section.
„How can I pay the invoice?“
An invoice is issued for each order and can be paid by bank transfer or cash. We require a deposit for the first
order.
„Can I re-order the order? What do I need?“
Of course, you can re-order the order. All you have to do is tell us the company or name under which the order
was placed and we will find out straightaway.
„Can you print the textiles I supplied?“
Yes, but since the textiles you bring are not tested, we are not liable for any damage. It is always good to bring
along a few extra pieces because of the faulty that sometimes occurs during production. Minimum number of own
textiles is 50pcs and we charge a flat fee of 500 CZK.
